Blue Diamond Luxury Boutique Hotel gets the Guest Review Award from Booking.com

Booking.com recognises Blue Diamond Luxury Boutique Hotel as one of the hotels offering the best travel experiences to its guests.

Hermann Warnholtz, Senior Account Manager and Julián Blanco, Marketing Manager of the Caribbean region for Booking.com presented the award to the Residential Manager, Geert Debruyne and Operation Manager, Fabrice Van Der Gucht, were joined by the Online Commercial Director for the Americas Division, Alejandro Ramírez Chacón at a cocktail ceremony which took place at midday at the hotel.

Blue Diamond Luxury Boutique Hotel was part of a distinguished group of hotels, and deserving of this award after getting an overall classification of 8.1 points, calculated from comments published by guests on the Booking.com website up until November 2016.

“Customers want more than just a place to spend the night, they’re searching for the best experiences, and the hotels that take care of the finer details are the ones which satisfy that need,” said Warnholtz when presenting the award.
