Remodelling Bellevue Club, Europe’s largest tourist complex
Bellevue Club is a tourist complex located just 800 metres from Alcudia beach and 3km from the port of this Mallorcan town and 5km from the centre. The remodelling project has already begun this November and is scheduled to be completed by the end of March 2017 and will revamp, in one way or another, all the buildings and common areas of the complex, and five of the 17 building will be completely renovated.
BlueBay Hotels will spruce up the main and secondary facades of all the buildings at Bellevue Club and build an exclusive reception area in two of the complex’s buildings. It will also create two new themed restaurants and a new snack bar by fitting out existing spaces in the Spanish Village area, which is the main leisure and entertainment area on the complex. It is also drawing up a project to expand four of the eight pools on the complex.
In particular, the one and two bedroom studios and apartments in several of the buildings will be completely remodelled. Some of the work that is to be carried out includes: changing the interior decor, including more modern and elegant furnishings, smoothing out the walls, new lighting and vinyl floor covering.
Complete renovation of Bellevue Lagomonte
Bellevue Lagomonte is a three-star hotel with 272 double rooms located in Alcudia Port. Renovations also started here this November and are scheduled to be completed by the end of March 2017.
Several significant changed are planned in the remodelling work, in particular in the outdoor area of the hotel. These include renovating the pool area and incorporating an overflow design, remodelling the pavements in general, including a new space for children’s entertainment, upgrading the lighting system and redecorating the chill out area. However, that’s not all, as the interior of the hotel will also undergo substantial changes, especially the bedrooms, with new, elegant and modern decor and tasteful lighting that respects the environment. The restaurant area will also be modernised in line with the hotel’s new look, and provide a vast selection of the best cuisine from different parts of the world.
