Three tips to go beyond the obstacle of kilometres to reach our dreams.

Why do not celebrate our wedding on the beach of our dreams? If we never stop dreaming, even less to celebrate one of the most important days of our lives. Therefore, more and more wedding couples decide to pack, invite their closest friends and family to enjoy a few days in the idyllic Caribbean beaches. A memorable and different ‘Yes, I do’ to remember: “We both come from very different cultures. I always wanted to get married in Mexico and he wanted to have an outdoor wedding said Ana Vallejo and she chose BlueBay Grand Esmeralda***** to celebrate her wedding with her boyfriend Pierre-Yves Morin. We propose three advices in order that kilometres are not an obstacle to celebrate the wedding of our dreams.

1. TO SET UP A CALENDAR WITH THE MOST IMPORTANT POINTS to organize and the deadline to have them ready bearing in mind what is important at every stage of the organization. First of all, consider the dates, type of wedding or number of guests. Later, you will have to decide the menu, makeup or flowers. All in good time.

2. IF YOU THINK THAT YOU CANNOT HANDLE EVERYTHING, IT IS GOOD TO RELY ON A SPECIALIZED ‘WEDDING PLANNER’ ON SITE. She can bring you a lot of knowledge, help and reassurance when organizing the event. The wedding planner will be aware of each aspect of the wedding from the decoration and the protocol to the menus and the relationship with the suppliers. “Paty was informed of everything from the first day we started to organize the wedding. It was really measy process with her help”, says Ana Vallejo about Patricia González, Wedding Planner of the BlueBay Group. Ana: ‘The day of our wedding was perfect just as we expected. The ceremony was beautiful and both ,the cocktail and party, were very enjoyable. We could celebrate this important day for us with all the mpeople that we love, without any mconcern as the hotel and our wedding planner took care of everything”.

3. IF IT POSSIBLE, TAKE A TRIP TO THE DESTINATION TOO OR THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE WEDDING. It is always a good way to get an idea of what the day ‘B’ will be and
make contact with the environment and suppliers.
