One of the major adverts of Dubai are its beaches. Summer is always present in this whim of a city and its beaches are a reflection that anything is possible in Dubai.
AL MAMZAR BEACH PARK
Opened in 1994, Al Mamzar Park with its green vegetation protects a beautiful beach with calm waters and white sand where hundreds of tourists enjoy the sun and warm waters.
The park has an area of over 100 hectares including many green areas, showers, barbecues, playgrounds for children, kiosks, swimming pools and rental cabins.
The beach of Al Mamzar Beach Park is a favorite among tourists visiting Dubai. Its waters are very calm, with large areas shaded by numerous palm trees and comprehensive facilities that allow spending a day away from the heat of the asphalt.
JUMEIRAH BEACH PARK
Jumeirah Beach Park is a nice park with a crowded beach comprising a large area of fresh gardens with pleasant corners with barbecues, children’s areas and some bars. The park was opened in 1989, becoming an attractive cool oasis in the middle of the city.
Jumeirah Beach Park has facilities in over 12 hectares that make up a perfect place to enjoy a day of beach along the pleasant freshness of its greenery space.
UMM SUQEIM BEACH
Located next to the Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Umm Suqeim Beach has the great appeal of offering the best views of the iconic Burj Al Arab, making it one of the most popular beaches in Dubai.
Every day, at dusk, the beach becomes the scene worthy of a postcard. Umm Suqeim Beach doesn’t have the facilities offered by other beaches, like Al Mamzar Beach Park and Jumeirah Beach Park, but this is something that it makes up for perfectly with its incredible views. But if what you want is to spend a day at the beach, it is not your best option.
OPEN BEACH
Open Beach is a 1 km long public beach, located in the vicinity of Dubai Downtown, near Jumeirah Beach Park. The beach has paved walkways, hammocks, umbrellas and showers, but no spaces shaded by greenery like those offered by Al Mamzar Beach Park and Jumeirah Beach Park.
