As per the Happycar survey, to rent a car from 10th June to 10th July is 33,75% more expensive
The European Championship starts this Friday 10th June and as it would be expected, prices will increase in the cities that will host the different matches of the competition. Thus, car rental prices have significantly risen.
According to the Happycar study, the car rental prices have already increased by 33,75% from 10th June to 10th July. The average daily of renting a car in France will be 52,01 Euros while during last May 38,88 Euros.
As per the study, the cheapest way to rent a car will be at the airports and by hiring a car without franchise agreement.
With regards to the Spanish market, reservations have also increased. In the same period last year, the total was 1,65% while in 2016 is about 5,5%.
