Starting April 2015, Air France puts into service its new medium-haul cabin aboard its fleet of Airbus A319. 24 Airbus A319 will be equipped throughout the first half of 2015, and 25 Airbus A320 during the first half of 2016. In total, 7,800 new seats will be installed.
These new seats come from the collection of suggestions from all travelers. More than 10,000 reviews Air France were taken into consideration. Around 50 million euros were invested to renew the look of the medium-haul cabins and put them to the highest level. They have leather seats both in Economy Class and in Business Class.
Naturally, onboard services also undergo improvements. Hot food is available in both classes (Economy and Business in medium-haul flights of over 2 hours). These clients represent about 30% of the total. They are the customers who pursue effective and flexible travel.
