Looking perfect while on holidays and during the summer is a challenge every year and very few women manage to succeed in it: body, skin and hair care is the primary goal.

A good facial and body peeling before sunbathing is essential to get an even tan. After a day of sunbathing, a moisturizing cream or oil will soothe the skin and help to keep it perfect.

And finally, one should not forget that a diet rich in vegetables, fruit and oily fish helps improve the overall appearance.
