Stradivarius and Vueling organized the first “pop up digital store” (ephemeral shop) aboard a flight from Barcelona to Split. Passengers of this original flight could have bought Stradivarius products with the company’s mobile phones when flying at 13,000 meters.
Thus, both companies have organized the Summer Expedition 2016 for the second consecutive year, which last summer was a Stradivarius fashion show during a Vueling flight.
The adventure started after embarking on board for the Barcelona and the Croatian city of Split flight. The stewardesses gave mobile phones to passengers who could buy clothes from the Stradivarius last collection thanks to an application developed for this special occasion. Over 130 passengers also had a gift voucher of up to 50 Euros and from the seats with the seat belts fastened could have bought all kinds of articles than later it would have been delivered to their homes. As a final surprise, as passengers arrived in Split could collect assigned packages to their seat numbers from the baggage belt including a hat and a pair of sunglasses to enjoy their stay in the Croatian lands.
