Bellevue Club Mallorca 3* redefines its gastronomic concept by deeply renovations

 Bellevue Club Mallorca 3* belongs to BlueBay Hotels – starts the new tourist season firmly committed to its gastronomical offering from different parts of the world The resort is adding 2 new theme restaurants to its services to offer customers an excellent array of culinary delights. The resort’s other 5 restaurants have renewed their concept, extended their premises and renovated their facilities. The resort now has 8 restaurants and a snack bar.

 

“Our main aim is to offer the best value for money and guarantee a destination experience that meets our customers’ expectations at all times, and the range of dining options is a decisive factor in their free time,” explains Jamal Satli Iglesias, Chairman of the hotel company.

 

According to Ramón Hernández, the company’s CEO, “in today’s highly competitive environment, the quality of our tourist offer must live up to the trust customers and tour operators place in the company when they choose us. We have to offer them a stay as tailored as possible to their needs, and to do that we need to ensure the facilities, services and personal attention are all up to scratch.”

 

Bellevue Club Mallorca 3* has more than 6000 beds and is the largest tourist resort in Europe. The Spanish company also has 4 other hotels on the island: Bellevue Vistanova 3*, Bellevue Belsana 3*, Bellevue Lagomonte 3* and the Sky Bel Hotel Mallorca by BlueBay 4*.

 

Committed to gastronomic variety

 

The revamped gastronomic offer at Bellevue Club Mallorca 3* includes the opening of 2 new theme restaurants and the refurbishment of the other restaurants, which all now offer a selection of foods from different parts of the world.

 

The team of professionals working in the restaurants is led by the chef specialising in Mediterranean, international and Mallorcan cuisine, Servando Salguero, who stated that his aim is to involve all the team in “innovating and identifying the latest culinary trends, introducing them in our dishes to create something new that’s home-made and looks and tastes great and to offer our customers the best possible service”.

 

The ‘Pueblo Español’ restaurant area has been given a major scaling up of its facilities and services to provide customers with a larger selection of dining options.  ‘La Marina Paellas & Spanish Food’ and ‘Black & White Italian Cuisine’, which specialises in Spanish and Italian cuisine, have both been renovated and redefined their menus. And ‘BB Kitchen Art Fun & Dining’, ‘Momo Food & People’, both international buffet restaurants and ‘Olives Mediterranean Cuisine’, which are all in the same area, have also been renovated.

 

BlueBay has also opened the ‘BB House Burguer & Pizza’ and ‘Orchid Asian Food’ restaurants in another part of the resort.

 

These are in addition to ‘La Bonita International Cuisine’ and the ‘Social House Food & Joy’ snack bar that were already open for business at the hotel complex.
About Bellevue Club Mallorca, Europe’s largest 3* tourist resort

 

Bellevue Club Mallorca is located in Alcúdia, just 800 metres from the beach, 3km from the port and 5km from the old town. The hotel complex is made up of 17 buildings with 1468 apartments on a 250,000m2 property. The apartments are divided into studios and 1 and 2-bedroom apartments.

 

On offer for leisure activities, the hotel has 8 swimming pools – 2 of them are specially for children – as well as a sports area with tennis and squash courts, minigolf and go-karting.
