Cuba is par excellence the perfect destination for sea related sports. On 70,000 square kilometers of insular platform, the island has over 200 bays and 600 kilometers of natural beaches, a biological wealth of exotic species of marine life and 850 kilometers of beautiful coral reefs. The sports that make up the portfolio include contemplative diving, fishing, water sports such as kite surfing, windsurfing and kayaking, as well as sea excursions and trips which allow to combine sailing with other activities.

The exceptional conditions for diving characterize the Cuban archipelago, with its calm, clear and warm waters (with temperatures between 24 °C and 28.5 °C), average visibility between 30 and 40 meters, stable current, little waves most of the year, lovely weather and high maritime safety. Therefore, the island is one of the destinations for lovers of the sport. Recreational scuba dives are guided by instructors; the client is required to present the appropriate international certificate of their level of qualifications and it is prohibited the extraction of any species of marine flora or fauna. Certified divers can dive to up to 40 meters, day and night, in coral reefs, walls, shipwrecks, caves and tunnels.
