Make the most of the night in Tokyo, a tourist attraction in itself

Tokyo is one of the world’s top cities when it comes to things for tourists to see and do, there’s an endless diversity of possibilities for travellers visiting the city to enjoy 24 hours a day. As a result, Tokyo Tourism recommends visitors enjoy the different range of activities available in the city after the sun sets for the day – this is the ideal moment of the day to see Tokyo in all its splendour with an infinite palette of colours.

Tokyo by night is considered to be one of the world’s most spectacular light shows. The city’s abundant neon lights flood the streets and the immense skyscrapers that colour the city are just two of the many things which impress visitors most.

Plans to enjoy in Tokyo

The Japanese capital offers an infinite number of plans to suit all tastes. From chill-out spots where you can enjoy a chat with your loved ones or meet new people to others more entertaining where you can dance the night away.

Visitors can discover the izakaya bars in Nakameguro, Ueno and Yarakucho to enjoy a variety of dishes and snacks, stroll through the different streets in the city, check out the lively Shibuya district or admire the spectacular works of art in the galleries that stay open until the early hours of the morning.

Furthermore, visitors can enjoy the many traditional festivals, live music events, and discover the pubs and nightclubs in the Shibuya, Shinjuku and Roppongi districts.
