Say goodbye to stress with a new meditation and yoga App from Rituals

It can be difficult to take time for us during our busy and often stressful lives. Several researches have shown that mediation decreases stress, depression, anxiety, pain and insomnia, and eventually increases the quality of life.

Recent research by neuroscientists from Harvard Medical School even showed that meditation can change your brain and shows effects after only eight weeks. The practices are secular and universal, allowing the user to experience the numerous benefits of meditation in a simple way.

The Rituals App has teamed up with Delight Agency and Delight Yoga to recruit authentic meditation teachers from around the world to lead the guided practices. The App Rituals is a free download from the Google Play App store and the Apple. The app is available in: Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, united Kingdom and the united states.
