B the travel Brand, Barceló Viajes new brand

Barcelo Viajes Group’s CEO Gabriel Subías, presented recently the new Brand of the Company. Now the brand will be known as “B the Travel Brand”, witouth its owners surname. This is a new stage as a result of the “evolution of the brand”, according to Subías.

This launching campaign is supposed to take up to four or five million euros. Besides, the company has already invested around 30 million last year, introducing new technologic systems.

More than 650 offices have already their new B The Travel Brand signs, as well as new website. According to the rest of the group, airlines Evelop and tour-operators, remain the same for the moment. However, according to Gabriel Subías “goal is that the new brand embrace the whole travelling division”.

The new brand, according to the CEO “is not a rupture but an evolution”, clearing the idea that could emerge about a hypothetical separation and the following sale of the Company.

Subías emphasizes that three years ago, when he started at Barceló group, goals have been reached. First, the group is in a vertical integration. Second, growing up in volume and finally, being aware of the plans for the future. This is why B the Travel Brand is born.

Also, B the Travel Brand is opening a Premium shop in June, in Madrid. It will give an exquisite attention to customers, looking for those who wish to live a real experience travelling. September and October will be the months with a new Flagship Store in Madrid.
