How old are you? Your skin will not give you away

Our skin aging daily, in long term time in some people is more evident than in others, due to both genetic factors and external factors. However, we can prevent this accelerated aging and achieve a skin that looks like a 30 years old when we are 50.

Likewise, skin damage are not the same throughout our lives, this is because the collagen fibers, elastin and hyaluronic acid are scarce; being as follows:

– From 25 to 30 years the skin begins to lose brightness and flexibility.

– From 30 to 40 years wrinkles start to become more visible in the most fragile and exposed areas: around the eyes and lips.

– From the 50 skin becomes flabby, dull and wrinkles are deeper.

Importantly, sunscreen is essential for all ages to prevent accelerated aging. Equally important is to help the skin to regenerate by vitamin supplements: Vitamin A to reduce expression lines and swelling; Vitamin B to help hydrate cells and activates its action; Vitamin C and E to reinforce the natural protection of the skin against free radicals and also stimulate the production of collagen to give elasticity and resistance to dermal tissues.

A treatment for each age

From 25 to 30 years – Moisturize: From this age the levels of collagen and elastin begin to decrease in certain areas of the face and body in general. It is essential to focus on preventing the appearance of the first wrinkles with proper contour eyes and a cream that hydrates in depth to prevent water loss. It is also desirable to add a sunscreen to our basic cleaning routine.

30 to 40 years – Reaffirm: From age 30, the main problem is that the skin is weakened and loses elasticity due to the weakening of the cells that no longer synthesize collagen quickly. This problem develops at deeper levels of the skin: dermis and hypodermis therefore necessary treatments that act in this structure to regain turgor are made. At a higher level: the epidermis, the water retention capacity is lost, so skin looks dry and dull.

From 50 years – Nourish: Aggressive hormonal disorders (menopause) accelerate degeneration, elastic fibers and decrease the number and quality of collagen fibers, this combined with malnutrition and thinning of the dermis results in drier skin and cracked, liver spots, enlarged pores and sagging. At this stage should repair the effects of aging nourishing the skin deeply and, of course, examine periodically to detect possible pathologies.
