Next October, Dom Pérignon opens the doors to its pop-up boutique for the first time in the company’s history on Serrano Street in Madrid. This temporary setup is open to the public from the 10th to the 25th of October, 16 days in total, a metaphor that Dom Pérignon is using to link the years required to create its Second Plénitude, the brand’s centrepiece for this ambitious project.

Dom Pérignon holds the opening of the eagerly awaited boutique on Monday the 10th of October, and brings a remarkable experience for the public to discover, taste and even buy its new Limited Edition Vintage White & Rosé designed by the German artist Michael Riedel in the centre of Madrid. Bottles are available to buy in Spain and for the first time with exclusive materials from the Maison.

The pop-up boutique will showcase the P2 Room, an area devoted to the Second Plénitude, which the brand is launching with this project. The area will have a spectacular technology-based setup, recreating the P2’s attributes through audiovisual projections and enigmatic sounds. Dinners for 12 people are on offer every night but must be booked in advance through www.domperignonblackbox.com.

The evening meals on offer in the P2 Room guarantee an exclusive pairing of the Second Plénitude with a menu created by Pascal Tingaud, Chef de Cuisine at Dom Pérignon, who will be present for the first few days of the Pop-Up, and also on the opening night. Dom Pérignon’s Chef de Caves, Richard Geoffroy will also travel to Spain especially for the kick-off of the event.

Under the Dom Pérignon Black Box concept, the project plays host to both the boutique and the P2 Room. Starting from the 20th of September, tickets are available through www.domperignonblackbox.com for the dinners created by Tingaud where you can discover the fullest essence of the Second Plénitude and wine-tasting led by one of the house’s sommeliers.
